Delivery & Shipping

 How does your delivery system work?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Packages will be shipped via a courier service which is dependent on the size and weight of the product. All packages are tracked, and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.

Customs fees are not handled by us so please be aware that when you consent to packages being delivered, you may incur custom fees when they arrive. We are always willing to assist our customers, please let us know if you are requested to pay customs fees. We may assist when required.
